Sraboni Sarker, an MBA with major in marketing, is the co-founder of FutureLeaders. Initially, after her graduation from university, she spent a couple of years in a business which used to supply machineries to ready-made garments sector. Since late 2004 she started working as Responsible Business Consultant at the Workplace Improvement Program (WIP)—an initiative of International Labour Organization (ILO) and Katalyst (a multi-donor funded private sector development project.

Treasurer

S A Satter was educated in Bangladesh, and was trained both at home and abroad (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK). He started his career as an officer in a renowned public sector corporation and held many important positions from managerial level to general manager level of three public sector corporations, namely-Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation, Bangladesh Forest Industries Development Corporation and Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation in the field of accounts, finance, audit and administration.

Shahriar Ahmed (33) is an entrepreneur by heart. Since graduation in telecommunications from Delhi, India, he has built, expanded and evolved a number of successful companies – some from scratch and some after achievement. He focuses to work mainly in the field of management and innovative concepts development in Telecommunications & Power/Energy sector.

As his heart beats for excellent and impact oriented concept development, most of his ideas evolve from this line of business.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Business Consultant

Samia earned her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from University of Windsor, Canada and having worked over a year in Toronto it occurred to her that her grass was greener in Bangladesh where she could make a difference by applying her talents in marketing and people skills, among others. It didn’t take long to discover her career niche when she comfortably blended her ‘hard skills’ in ICTs with soft skills of management and development consulting. Ever since she joined FLS, she has been a passionate contributor in client relations, outbound training design, proposal writing and training follow-ups.

Coordinator, Training and Design

Biswajit’s work added extra colors to FutureLeaders with his inventiveness of visual arts, knowledge of HRM & Marketing and other technical competencies in IT and Training. He is dynamic, passionate and honest. He does not know how to say "NO" to his work. He brings solution to every difficulty that arises in his work.

He has completed BBA major in Marketing and MBA major in Human Resource Management from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He also achieved a Diploma course certificate on “Graphic Design and Animation" from Nova Computers, Dhaka. Now he is doing LL.B (Pass) from UITS, Dhaka.

Program Coordinator

Recently Chatoki joined FutureLeaders as Program Coordinator but she has been working here as a student volunteer since 2004.  As a result she had the opportunity to work for FutureLeaders for many years now to assist and coordinate training and workshops. Her client experience is impressive, having worked for some of the most well-known programs we did for universities and companies in Bangladesh.

Her current role involves developing training module and maintaining FLS resource data base.

Program Associate

An American student, from Wisconsin, she is currently in between schools. With a year and a half worth of Customer Service Staff training, she also has a years worth of team Marketing experience at Texas Roadhouse of Wausau, Wisconsin. Recently she spent one month down near Khulna in a small village of Keshabpur volunteering at an all-girl orphanage Hope House. There she put to use her ability to reach out to help young non native speakers of English in their efforts to learn the language, and life skills. After that she spent a month in Dhaka volunteering at an NGO Good Neighbors as a Teaching Assistant.

Research Associate

Dilshad Mahmud has completed her LL.B (Hons.) with the honour of merit based scholarship from renowned BRAC University. She has been awarded by the Dean and VC of BRAC University five times for her excellent academic results. During her graduation, she has attended trainings and workshops on PSDP (Professional Skills Development Program): 2009; International Moot Court: 2009; Colonization, Capitalism & Law: 2009 and Madaripur Model of Mediation at Madaripur Legal Aid Association: 2008. She has done her dissertation paper on Worker’s Safety in Construction Environment of Bangladesh under Dr. Saira Rahman Khan.
